Wattson

Wattson is a Belgian ESCO (Energy Service Company). The company focuses on the integral renovation of projects, which combine several energy-saving measures with installing renewable energy. Wattson makes the investments, which are repaid using the budget freed up as a result of the lower energy bills.

Wattson combines the study, construction, financing and follow-up of energy-saving measures in a customised service package. For each building the company proposes an optimal combination of interventions, ranging from wall and roof insulation to installing thermal or photovoltaic solar panels, an efficient combustion installation, cogeneration, heat pumps or pellet boilers and a new lighting plan. What's more, after the works have been completed, achievement of the promised savings is ensured by continuous fine-tuning and efficient maintenance. The owners of the buildings pay nothing in advance, benefit from lower energy bills, a better standard of living and an increase in the value of their properties.
